Veterans’ Home care can provide home help, including cleaning and ironing, for eligible veterans.
My Aged Care
My Aged Care can give people aged over 65 (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) help at home through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Packages. Depending on income, you may be asked to pay some of the cost. An Aged Care Assessment Team decides what help you may be able to get.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS can provide help around the home. A planner will work with you to develop a plan that meets your needs and goals.

NAHS provide health, medical and social & emotional wellbeing services, including disability support to the residents of the Wiluna shire and other people from outlying areas, the mining industry, the pastoral stations and visitors.

Kundimia Community Home Support Program (CHSP) services are available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living with disability in the Carnarvon region to assist them live independently at home.
Local Area Coordinators (LACs)
Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can link you to the NDIS and to mainstream and community supports in your area. You can ask your LAC about the supports available in your community, even if you're not eligible for an NDIS support plan.
