How you can get involved

The Strategy has a supporting document called The Engagement Plan. The plan supports how we implement the Strategy. It makes sure people with disability are heard and involved. It talks about how people with disability can:

  • share their ideas
  • help improve the Strategy.

You can get involved by:

  • doing a survey
  • joining a meeting or event
  • giving feedback on reports or actions.

Your voice is important. The Strategy works best when people with disability help shape it.

There is a summary in Easy Read and community languages. This plan will be updated in 2025.

Get involved in forums and consultations

Every year, there will be at least one public forum or consultation about the Strategy. This is part of the Engagement Plan.

There are links to information about past forums.

Stakeholder kit to promote the Strategy

The stakeholder kit helps organisations and businesses promote the Strategy. The kit has key messages to help you:

  • talk about the Strategy’s benefits
  • get access to tools to brand your work in support of the Strategy.

Use co-branding to show your support
