ACT Mental Health
There are a range of mental health services offered in the ACT. This includes emergency assistance, support groups, counselling services and treatment options for adults, children and teenagers suffering from a mental illness. Access2Arts provides people with disability to access the arts in South Australia. You can view events with Auslan captions or interpreters and there are funding opportunities for artists with disability.

Family and Carer Support, THE TRUST—Beyond the Stigma
This program offers support for carers and other people impacted by mental health issues, including social and recreational support groups, counselling (carers only), education workshops, and respite accommodation.
No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS)
NILS offers people on low incomes, safe and affordable access to credit. The scheme provides up to $2000 for essential goods and services such as medical aids and equipment, car repairs and household items. Up to $5000 is available for vehicles such as second-hand cars and mobility scooters.
Lived Experience Mental Illness (LEMI) Program
The LEMI program offers people with mental illness and disability a safe place to belong, learn and grow. The program encourages you to will assess the barriers, develop skills, build strengths while supported through mentoring and peer-support.
