Transition to Work
If you’re aged 15 to 24, Transition to work can help you to get a job by providing intensive pre-employment support. Transition to work providers have strong links with their local community, they often work with employers, community services and schools to help build your skills and get you employment ready.
Achieve Australia
If you are a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) person with disability you may be able to access leadership, mentoring and professional skills, and community programs. Amparo Advocacy also run face to face and group information sessions.
School to post-school options
If you are a student with disability you may be able to access government support to transition to a post-school option. The Department for Education has Transition centres Better Pathways program and a transition program that may assist you.

Career Launchpad can help you with personalised coaching and vocational support to assist your transition from school to work.

Gig Buddies pairs volunteers with mutual interests to people with disability to go to events together.
