Depending on income, you may be asked to pay some of the cost. An Aged Care Assessment Team decides what help you may be able to get.

If you are under 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander living with complex mental and physical health needs, the Linkages program may be able to assist you.
