SPIDAH Project aims to improve how primary health care services are delivered to meet the needs of people with an intellectual disability.
Centre for Disability Studies – Complex Care Service
The Complex Care Service is for adults with intellectual disability who have complex health needs and can’t get these met by another service. The service includes nurse led multidisciplinary health assessments, healthcare plans, advice, and referrals. Services are in person or using telehealth.
