BlueCare
BlueCare has health services such as podiatry and exercise physiology and services to help with grooming and personal hygiene.
Australian Government Mobility Allowance
You can apply for a Mobility Allowance if you're unable to use public transport and need help with travel costs for work, study or looking for a job. Note this is not available to people on an NDIS plan.
My Aged Care
My Aged Care can give people aged over 65 (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) help at home through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Packages. Depending on income, you may be asked to pay some of the cost. An Aged Care Assessment Team decides what help you may be able to get.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) gives basic support for people aged over 65, including help with cooking and advice from a dietitian. For people with more complex needs, Home Care Packages provide more than what the CHSP can offer.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS can provide support for transport if you cannot use public transport.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
If you are a veteran, the DVA may be able to help you access support so that you can continue to live in your own home.
Local Area Coordinators (LACs)
Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can link you to the NDIS and to mainstream and community supports in your area. You can ask your LAC about the supports available in your community, even if you're not eligible for an NDIS support plan.
