If you live within the Darwin region and need assistance finding a job or accommodation, HPA may be able to assist you.

FDV No Interest Loans

FDV No Interest Loans are up to $2000 to help women who have experienced family or domestic violence to be safe at home, move to safety or rebuild their lives. The loan can be used for relocation costs, car costs, security items and household items.

Yorgum Disability Counselling

Yorgum provide accessible, culturally appropriate and trauma-informed community-based counselling services for Indigenous Australians with a disability, their families and carers, living in WA.

No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS)

NILS offers people on low incomes, safe and affordable access to credit. Borrow up to $2000 for essentials such as appliances or furniture, car repairs or rego, a new phone or laptop, or medical, dental or vet expenses, and up to $3000 for housing-related expenses such as bond or rent-in-advance, or for recovery from a natural disaster.

Community Visitor Program

If you are concerned about the standard of care of a family member in a mental health or disability facility, Community Visitor Program Coordinators can visit the facility to ensure appropriate standard of care.

Remote Community Connector

Waltja can assist Indigenous people with disability  in remote and isolated communities in the NT to better understand and navigate the NDIS process and access supports and the disability system.

CatholicCare NT NDIS Services

CatholicCare NT can assist Indigenous and people with disability in the Northern Territory to find culturally appropriate programs and services, access supports and the disability system to achieve greater independence, access more places, including getting a job and lead a good quality of life.
