Queensland Health provides information about financial help for medical aids and equipment through the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS). Eligible Queenslanders may be able to get support for equipment such as wheelchairs, mobility aids, communication devices and other aids to help them live safely and independently at home.

The Territory Equipment Program helps eligible people in the Northern Territory get equipment to support everyday living. You may be able to access subsidy funding for medical aids and equipment if you have a permanent/stable disability. Aids and equipment are subsidy funded either on a permanent loan basis, private ownership or through the supply of consumables.
