The Victorian Aids and Equipment Program provides subsidised aids and equipment, home and vehicle modifications to help people live safely and independently in their own home.

Linkages Program - Frankston and Mornington Peninsula regions

If you are under 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander living with complex mental and physical health needs, the Linkages program may be able to assist you.

Carnarvon - Home and Community Care

Kundimia Community Home Support Program (CHSP) services are available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living with disability in the Carnarvon region to assist them live independently at home.

casa Services - Central Australia

Casa Services can help you with support packages to enable you to live in the community as independently as possible. They also assist with supported accommodation and respite.

BlueCare

BlueCare has health services such as podiatry and exercise physiology and services to help with grooming and personal hygiene.

My Aged Care

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) gives basic support for people aged over 65, including help with cooking and advice from a dietitian. For people with more complex needs, Home Care Packages provide more than what the CHSP can offer.

My Aged Care

My Aged Care can give people aged over 65 (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) help at home through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Packages. Depending on income, you may be asked to pay some of the cost. An Aged Care Assessment Team decides what help you may be able to get.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

If you are a veteran, the DVA may be able to help you access support so that you can continue to live in your own home.

Tasmanian Home and Community Care (HACC) Program

The HACC program offers a variety of services for people under the age of 65, including mobility equipment and making changes to your home.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

If you are a senior Australian, you may be able to access entry-level support services to live independently and safely at home.
