Ord Valley Aboriginal Health Service (OVAHS)

OVAHS works with communities in the East Kimberley region to improve the health and lifestyles of Aboriginal people in the region. They run preventative and public health programs including mental health services. They can also assist you to access the support you may need through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Wurli-Wurlinjang Community Services offers social and emotional wellbeing and mental health support, family support, transport and individual support programs in Katherine and surrounding community living areas.

ASPECT offers a specialised, evidence-informed schools program that includes information and advice, diagnostic assessments, behaviour support, parent and family support, and adult programs.

Sane Australia

SANE’s free guided service provides ongoing mental health support designed specifically for people 18+ with complex mental health, their families and carers, the autistic community and those with intellectual disability seeking mental health support. They deliver online and/or over the phone counselling and peer support as well as recovery activities, such as online community forums, social groups, and art sessions.

Headspace

Headspace provide mental health support to 12-25 year olds. There are a range of supports which include face-to-face, telehealth, online and phone support service, vocational services and education programs.
