Here 4 Hospitality

Here4Hospitality is a job readiness program for young people aged 16 to 25 years who are living with autism, an intellectual disability, and/or a psychosocial disability, to get hospitality experience, training and transition into industry traineeships.

Accessible Arts

Accessible Arts provide training, professional development, professional networking and employment pathways for cultural and linguistically diverse community artists living with disability across NSW and the ACT.

Y-Connect Program

Through the Y-Connect Program, the Young Women’s Christian Society (YWCA) offers an opportunity for women living with a disability to access workshops, events and mentoring opportunities regardless of professional experience.

Ticket to Work

The National Disability Services (NDS) has a Ticket to Work program to prepare students for the workplace. You can get involved with one of the Ticket to Work networks running in your area.

Transition to Work

If you’re aged 15 to 24, Transition to work can help you to get a job by providing intensive pre-employment support. Transition to work providers have strong links with their local community, they often work with employers, community services and schools to help build your skills and get you employment ready.

Support for people with disability participating in VET

There are a range of supports available to students, apprentices and trainees to participate in vocational education training. Services include transitioning into education then employment.

PACE Mentoring

Australian Disability Network provides mentoring for people with disability. They can connect you to leading business mentors to help you gain work exposure, skills and expand your network.

Disability support for apprentices and trainees

There are a range of supports available to people with disability completing an apprenticeship or traineeship. These supports cater to your needs and ensure equity and full access to training.
