Australian Regional and Remote Community Services can help prepare meals with you in your own home, assist you with shopping and provide meals in your home (through Meals on Wheels in some locations) or at one of our centres.

The Home and Community Care (HACC) Program can help you maintain your independence. It provides assistance with meal delivery and preparation.
