Living well program

The Living Well project is designed to help people with spinal cord injuries set goals, identify strengths and build skills to enhance their capacity to live well and fully. This project is informed and delivered by people with lived experience of spinal cord injury or a similar disability.

Midsumma Pathways

This program provides a nine month mentorship program for LGBTQIA+ artists and arts workers with disability to build capacity and develop skills in the creative industries.

We Care NSW

If you are an Aboriginal person with a psychosocial and/or intellectual disability We Care NSW can help you can connect with others, participate in activities that promote connection with culture, identity and empowerment, and link into support including health and community services.

Wild at Heart

Wild at Heart brings people with disability, mental illness and disadvantage together with professional artists to help you tell your story through music and art. At Wild at Heart you can join a community of artists and connect with others through art. Wild at Heart is based in Melbourne.

Yellow Ladybugs

Yellow Ladybugs has a range of inclusive and peer-led activities, educational and mental health resources to support autistic girls, their families and carers.

YMCA Victoria

At the YMCA Victoria you can participate in Camp Journeys, which are supported camps for adults and children at the YMCA’s network of accessible camps across the state.

Totally Doable are a series of web-based videos produced by and about culturally and linguistically diverse people living with disability.

The Disability Trust

If you have an NDIS plan, the Disability Trust offers a range of programs and supports. They can help you connect with peers who are the same age and have similar interests.
