The SBS Inclusion Program offers free disability inclusion resources to help educators, workplaces, and communities better understand and support people with disability.

Njernda Aboriginal Corporation

Njernda, through their Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP), can assist Aboriginal people with disability in the local community to access help with regular activities to be able to better manage living at home.

Budja Budja Aboriginal Cooperative

Budja Budja Aboriginal Cooperative supports the health and wellbeing of the local Indigenous and non-Indigenous community with a range of holistic services, including medical care, disability services, social and emotional wellbeing, youth services and housing needs.

Aboriginal Community Elders Services (ACES)

ACES provides care and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and people with a disability, including residential care services and community and social support programs.

Wirraka Maya Health Service (WMHSAC)

WMHSAC offers counselling services and provides a range of mental health and other primary care, wellbeing and prevention services and programs for Aboriginal people in the Port Hedland, South Hedland and surrounding communities.

South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS)

SWAMS provides culturally appropriate and holistic health care services for Aboriginal people in the South West regions of Western Australia, including providing services for people with disability. They also run a range of cultural and community events to promote not only physical but social, emotional and community wellbeing.

Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation

Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation provide community and health services across North East Arnhem Land.

Linkages Program - Frankston and Mornington Peninsula regions

If you are under 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander living with complex mental and physical health needs, the Linkages program may be able to assist you.

Helping People Achieve (HPA)

If you live within the Darwin region and need assistance finding a job or accommodation, HPA may be able to assist you.

casa Services - Central Australia

Casa Services can help you with support packages to enable you to live in the community as independently as possible. They also assist with supported accommodation and respite.
