Information about the rights of children with disability

The Department of Education website explains the Disability Standards for Education 2005 how the law protects the rights of students with disability.

Disability Standards for Education

The Disability Standards for Education clarify the obligations of education and training providers, and seek to ensure that students with disability can access and participate in education on the same basis as students without disability.
