Resourcing Inclusive Communities

Resourcing Inclusive Communities has a range of activities to help young people with disability engage with employment. You can access webinars, workshops, mentoring and information sessions that may assist you or the person you care for.

School to post-school options

If you are a student with disability you may be able to access government support to transition to a post-school option. The Department for Education has Transition centres Better Pathways program and a transition program that may assist you.

NDIS – school leaver employment support

If you are a student with disability in your final year of school you may be able to access the School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
