The SBS Inclusion Program offers free disability inclusion resources to help educators, workplaces, and communities better understand and support people with disability.

My Home, My Choice is a peer mentoring program run by Self Advocacy Sydney. The program helps people with Intellectual disability, Global delay and Down Syndrome to better understand their home and living options at different life transition points.

Residential Recovery Program is open to adults who have a diagnosed mental illness. The program offers intensive recovery-focused support to participants to work on identified recovery goals in furnished and fully self-contained properties, providing a safe environment for participants to build capacity in living skills as they work to transition to independent living.

The Homelessness Project helps people from non-English speaking backgrounds to access private, government or community housing in the Blacktown LGA. The program addresses issues of mortgage stress, homelessness, rental assistance, housing support and a rent choice program for youth aged 16 to 24 years.

WWILD supports people with intellectual or learning disabilities who are victims or survivors of sexual violence or have been victims of crime.

We also work with the families, carers and services who support them.

Kalwun Health Service provides a combination of primary health care along with community-based services to the Gold Coast community.

TAIHS provides community-based, culturally appropriate and controlled health care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Townsville.

The Palm Island Community Company (PICC) delivers human services, community capacity building and economic development programs on Palm Island in Queensland.
