Hunter Deafblind Connect is a network of people working towards inclusion for deafblind people living in the Hunter region.

Community Disability Alliance Hunter will develop peer groups across the Hunter region that will be peer led and support peers to be active citizens in their local community.

This program supports the culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community of Western and South Western Sydney with social connection, and informal mentoring support to achieve goals.
