Intereach Community Transport helps people stay connected with their community. The service is available in the Edward River and Griffith region. It can help older people, people with disability, carers, veterans, and people who have trouble accessing transport get to medical appointments, shops, social activities and other important places.

Tumut District Community Transport provides accessible community transport for people who have difficulty using other transport options. The service is available across the Snowy Valleys region, including Tumut, Adelong, Brungle and Talbingo. It helps people with disability, older people, veterans and carers get to appointments, services and community activities.

Community Connect Transport provides door-to-door transport for older people and people with disability who cannot use public transport. The service is available in the Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney and Willoughby areas of Sydney and helps people get to appointments, shops and community activities.

STAR provides reliable and affordable community transport for people under 65 who cannot get support through the NDIS. The service helps people with disability and others who need extra help with transport. It is available in the Darling Downs, Redlands and Ipswich areas. 

Transcord provides low-cost transport for people with disability and health conditions who are under 65 years old. The service can help you travel to medical appointments, work, shopping, community activities, and other important places.

CatholicCare NT can assist Indigenous and people with disability in the Northern Territory to find culturally appropriate programs and services, access supports and the disability system to achieve greater independence, access more places, including getting a job and lead a good quality of life.
