ermha365 offers mental health support services to people living with a mental illness in the south eastern region of Melbourne. They assist you with practical help and strategies for daily living: at home, work or study, and in the community.

Bridges provides community based support for people with moderate to severe mental illness who need help with daily life 

Community based mental health (CBMH)

CBMH offers support to those with mental ill-health without a diagnosis who experience barriers, issues, or have adverse life events.

Mindhealth is a free phone and online counselling service that can help with mental health, wellbeing and relationship issues for people in the Hunter, New England and Central Coast regions.

Provides support to people living with severe mental illness with complex unmet care needs impacting their ability to function on a day to day basis.

Youth Access Moreton Bay Initiative (YAMBI)

YAMBI youth workers support young people aged 12 to 21 (and 8 to 11 where an older sibling is also receiving support) with support where they are experiencing mental ill-health and/or need disability support.

Recovery and Discovery Centre

The centre offers a program for people over 18 years, have a diagnosable severe and complex mental illness and are experiencing significant challenges with daily life.
