National Assistance Card
The National Assistance Card is a personalised card that helps people with disability and health conditions in the community. The Card provides cardholders a means of communicating the impacts of their disability or health condition, and any assistance they may require, in their own words. The National Assistance Card is currently available to Autistic people and people with brain injury.
Participate Australia
Participate Australia helps people living with intellectual, cognitive and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals, make new friends and gain education and employment skills through organised activities and a range of individualised supports.
SydWest Multicultural Services
The SydWest Multicultural Centre based Respite Program provides a welcoming day program for seniors. The program promotes positive ageing and wellbeing, through activities designed to keep participants active, engaged, and socially connected, while supporting their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Support for families raising children
Kiind supports families raising children living with disability, developmental delay, autism, genetic, rare, undiagnosed and/or chronic conditions. Kiind provides information and a range of resources including obtaining a diagnosis, financial, caring, health and education supports and options.
