PWdWA advocates for people with disability in WA. They can help you access services and supports.

Women with Disabilities ACT (WWDACT)

Women with Disabilities ACT support and advocate on behalf of all women, girls, non-binary and gender diverse people living and working in the ACT and surrounding regions.

My home, my choice

My Home, My Choice is a peer mentoring program run by Self Advocacy Sydney. The program helps people with Intellectual disability, Global delay and Down Syndrome to better understand their home and living options at different life transition points.

NDIS Appeals

NDIS Appeals is a service run by Self Advocacy Sydney Inc that can help people who want to appeal a decision made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). NDIS Appeals can support you to put in an appeal and guide you through the process to have your decision reviewed.

Individual advocacy

Self Advocacy Sydney offers individual advocacy to support people with disability by helping them understand their rights, speak up for themselves, and work towards their goals. Advocates can provide advice or speak on their behalf when dealing with services, businesses, or government departments.

Supporting recovery from sexual assault

Laurel House is a not-for-profit, community-based sexual assault support service that operates across the North, North-East and North-West Tasmania.
