Wirraka Maya Health Service (WMHSAC)

WMHSAC offers counselling services and provides a range of mental health and other primary care, wellbeing and prevention services and programs for Aboriginal people in the Port Hedland, South Hedland and surrounding communities.

South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS)

SWAMS provides culturally appropriate and holistic health care services for Aboriginal people in the South West regions of Western Australia, including providing services for people with disability. They also run a range of cultural and community events to promote not only physical but social, emotional and community wellbeing.

Dhauwurd-Wurrung Elderly and Community Health Service (DWECHS)

DWECHS offers culturally safe health services and programs to improve health and social and emotional wellbeing for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in the Portland area of Victoria.

Spinifex Health Service

Spinifex Health services assists the Tjuntjuntjara Community on the Spinifex Lands with primary Health care and programs focusing on chronic disease management, child and maternal health, aged care and social and emotional wellbeing.

Ord Valley Aboriginal Health Service (OVAHS)

OVAHS works with communities in the East Kimberley region to improve the health and lifestyles of Aboriginal people in the region. They run preventative and public health programs including mental health services. They can also assist you to access the support you may need through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Ngaanyatjarra Health Service (NHS)

NHS provides a range of health services, including disability supports to Indigenous people living in communities across the Ngaanyatjarra Lands in remote Western Australia.

Moorditj Koort

Moorditj Koort provides programs and services aimed at improving health and wellbeing outcomes for the local Aboriginal community in the Kwinana, Rockingham, Cockburn and Midland region.

Mawarnkarra Health Service

Mawarnkarra provides the families of Roebourne with a fully functional and accredited health clinic with a team of health practitioners – including  full time doctors and visiting specialist practitioners. They also run a number of culturally sensitive health programs and can assist you with access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS)

GRAMS provides primary health services to Aboriginal persons in the Midwest and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia. They have outreach centres in Carnarvon and Murchison.

Derby Aboriginal Health Service (DAHS)

Derby Aboriginal Health Service (DAHS) provides community members culturally appropriate health, education, health promotion and clinical services.
