Key Western Australia disability information
The Department of Communities is responsible for disability policies and issues in the West Australian State Government. They are also responsible for state-based disability services that sit outside of the NDIS. The Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability provides advice to the West Australian State Government and helps people with disability to have a say in disability matters. West Australian councils also work to support, promote and improve local communities.
