Meal delivery and preparation services
Sometimes it can be hard to plan and cook meals. You might find it easier to have ready-made meals prepared and delivered to your door. There are also several organisations that can have support workers come to your home and help you plan and prepare your meals.
Be sure to check with your local government, as many also offer meal delivery and preparation services. Neighbourhood, community centres and churches also often have cafes and restaurants with free or subsidised (cheaper for you) meals.
