Mental Health Nurse Program

Richmond Futures provides Mental Health Nurse support for patients with a mental illness currently being managed by their GP or private Psychiatrist. The nurse will provide assessments, therapeutic interventions, medication monitoring, mental state assessment, family support, care coordination and referral to appropriate services.

Community Mental Health Programs

Richmond Futures offers a range of mental health programs to support people with psychosocial disability wherever they are in their recovery. Support is also available to family and carers.

NDIS Independent Living

Richmond Futures offers accommodation options that are designed to help people with psychosocial disability to live a more independent lifestyle and learn self-care skills while still receiving support and care.

Outreach Recovery Program

Richmond Futures' outreach recovery service is a one-on-one support program that aims to support participants to live in their own home or place of choice while connecting them with relevant services in their community.

Social Emotional Wellbeing program (SEWB)

Ord River Aboriginal Health Service provide therapeutic and education programs aimed at enhancing social and emotional wellbeing of people in the community through group and individual counselling sessions.

National Assistance Card

The National Assistance Card is a personalised card that helps people with disability and health conditions in the community. The Card provides cardholders a means of communicating the impacts of their disability or health condition, and any assistance they may require, in their own words. The National Assistance Card is currently available to Autistic people and people with brain injury.
