Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS)

FMHSS aims to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people, and their families. Through FMHSS you can access early intervention support for children and young people who are showing early signs of, or are at risk of developing, mental illness.

Finding North Network

The Finding North Network offers a safe space for people with first-hand experience of mental health conditions to connect, learn and develop their own lived experience leadership as well as support others to do the same.

Gig Buddies

Gig Buddies pairs volunteers with mutual interests to people with disability to go to events together.

Headspace

Headspace provide mental health support to 12-25 year olds. There are a range of supports which include face-to-face, telehealth, online and phone support service, vocational services and education programs.

The National Indigenous Australians Agency provides information and resources on culturally-appropriate primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

Intellectual Disability and Mental illness

The South Australian government offer information, resources and services to help support living with a dual disability.

If you have an intellectual disability and want to learn how to become a leader, or want to be supported or support others, the Leadership and Peer Support program may help you.
