Emerge Australia - support for ME/CFS

Emerge Australia supports people living with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and long COVID. Emerge provide telehelath support, online education sessions and support groups, advocacy, research and resources for health professionals.

Support for families raising children

Kiind supports families raising children living with disability, developmental delay, autism, genetic, rare, undiagnosed and/or chronic conditions. Kiind provides information and a range of resources including obtaining a diagnosis, financial, caring, health and education supports and options.

Neve - managing money

Neve provides information and support to people who want to improve their finances and become more independent.

Neve - health information

Neve helps people with disability to get information about health that they can understand.

Centre for Disability Studies – Complex Care Service

The Complex Care Service is for adults with intellectual disability who have complex health needs and can’t get these met by another service. The service includes nurse led multidisciplinary health assessments, healthcare plans, advice, and referrals. Services are in person or using telehealth.

Dementia Support Australia

Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is a free nationwide support service for people living with dementia and their carers.

The National Dementia Helpline

The National Dementia Helpline is a free telephone service that provides information and advice for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Provides information, education and support services to make a positive change for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Forward with dementia

This website provides guidance after a diagnosis of dementia, and enables people with dementia and their carers to lead fulfilling lives with dementia.
