Local Area Coordinators (LACs) can link you to the NDIS and to mainstream and community supports in your area. You can ask your LAC about the supports available in your community, even if you're not eligible for an NDIS support plan.

The ACT find-a-health service is an online directory of health services available throughout the Australian Capital Territory. To search for respite services you can type in ‘respite’ and narrow your search by suburb.

ACT Mental Health

There are a range of mental health services offered in the ACT. This includes emergency assistance, support groups, counselling services and treatment options for adults, children and teenagers suffering from a mental illness.
