Inclusive Homes and Communities Targeted Action Plan 2025–2027

The Inclusive Homes and Communities Targeted Action Plan sets out the actions to improve outcomes for people with disability in the areas of:

• housing accessibility
• increased inclusive communities.  

People with disability identified these as priority outcomes in Australia’s Disability Strategy 2021–2031.
